Joseph Pilates says: “Change happens through movement and movement heals” and I add: “Motion is the lotion”.

Through the exact performance of exercises you discover your anatomy and how to balance forces. You learn, even with a body ailment, to find your balance and strength again. Pilates includes breathing and deep relaxation. Many everyday body issues and injuries can be repaired by specific training, strengthening and release.
