How to prepare?

If you choose to hire Marcella, here are a few things you can do to ready your team for their first class:

  • Provide your team with adequate notice so they can allocate time for their health and fitness.

  • Consult with your team members to make sure any injuries or disabilities don't stop them from attending. Marcella will make sure to plan modifications and variations in her classes so no one is excluded.

  • Ensure everyone has the necessary equipment like comfortable clothing, yoga/pilates mats, and water bottles.

  • Set aside a space for the class. Some offices have the possibility to move some furniture to make room for their pilates class, others will need to find an alternative solution. If you don't have enough room, you can host the session also in a local park.
