Who is it for?​

Anyone who wants to release tension, recharge their body and mind, or simply enjoy a mindful and energizing break.
Especially those who sit a lot or feel tense. No previous experience necessary.

How does a Mindful Stretching class work?
We begin each class by letting go of the week and arriving in the present moment. Gentle, flowing movements alternate with longer-held stretches, targeting not only muscles but also the body’s deeper fascial layers. We use props and self-massage techniques as needed, making the experience both relaxing and energizing.
Each class finishes with a quiet phase: guided meditation or conscious relaxation to help you lock in the benefits and return to daily life truly refreshed. You decide on the intensity: Soft and gentle, or clear and powerful. Marcella will always adapt to your needs and wishes.
